As Director of Entertainment, I work with our sponsorship team to ensure sponsored entertainment elements and game reads by PA announcers are performed as necessary, coordinate with all other areas of our staff to ensure that community groups are able to participate in on-field games, and work with a team of interns and gameday staff, including mascot performers and other roles, to ensure all attendees of Bismarck Larks games enjoy a family-friendly and family-focused time at the ballpark. At the Bismarck Larks, Fun makes a difference, and my role is to make sure anyone who attends our games leaves with a positive experience regardless of how the baseball game itself ended.As Director of Community Relations, I manage appearance requests for our mascots Clark the Lark and Merifeather Lewis, provide donations to groups and benefits for fundraising opportunities, and am the liason between the Bismarck Larks and our nonprofit arm, the Larks Community FUNd.I am also the team's primary public address announcer, and I am able to manage the entertainment team from that position with the assistance of my fellow full-time coworkers and entertainment interns.
