Responsible for managing the Profit & Loss commercial and operational performance of the Device’s Business Unit, while leading & managing a team of Product Managers. This covered a vast array of areas from product management and product life-cycle of fixed device portfolio, new product introduction, full end to end Logistics, trouble management ownership, user acceptance testing of all products, go to market plans , IT system developments, training on all business rules & process’s, KPI’s and developing business cases.A natural innovator with many first to market products within the Irish market such as ADSL / Fibre and IPTV products as well as many end to end process's now being implemented by many vendors which reduced the time to market on many products.

Managing both DSL customer premises equipment device portfolio and Logistic self-serve, trouble management deliveries from vendors and to end user customer base. I developed product road-maps in line with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business agenda. I wrote business cases to which presented to exec / steering committee for approval for next steps. I was the lead in tender and RFI requirements through to decision stage with the focus and ability to think laterally in order to develop and lead activities/projects/ and product developments in line with business strategy. I managed the service and logistics delivery of 300K products annually to end customers and implemented new business rules, while being key point of contact for all Logistics and DSL initiatives.
