In the last 13 years I have been the Project Architect and Project manager on a variety of healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, and Laboratory projects from start to finish and phases in between. Everything from a 5,000sf lab renovation in an existing building to a new ground up 320,000sf ambulatory care center. My team and I deliver quality design by listening to our clients needs and providing insight to current trends in the industry. While with Flad I obtained my NY state license and have assisted on various projects providing building code evaluation, sustainability evaluation, and general CD drawing preparation. I have also been the primary day to day contact for the owner and contractor on the SUNY Stony Brook Graduate Chemistry Renovation during the CA phase. I was a staff architect on the 400,000 sf CUNY ASRC science towers and was assistant CA tracking submittals and RFI as well as answering and reviewing various submittals and RFI. I was the Project Archtiect for an Imaging lab renovation at the College of Staten Island. I supported colleagues on other projects as well as assisting colleagues to transition from Autocad to Revit.

I assisted project architects in preparing documents for all phases of design and construction. I was the day to day contact for construction administration services for the Renovation at the Greenwhich YWCA. I assisted in enhancing the CAD library and transitioning others to use Archiectural Desk Top (ADT). I also prepared photo realistic renderings for marketing and fund raising.

I worked directly with Jim Bradberry preparing documents for all phases of design on various residential and private institutional projects. I learned a lot of basics about proposals thru construction documents and administration.
