I started of as a trading assistant straight out of university. I worked in a team that supported the trading of soccer. I quickly established myself within that team and became the team leader along with another colleague within just a year. I performed this job for 18 months where I developed a very strong team of approximately 16. Many of these colleagues have now moved on in the company to better roles. Since finishing my role as a team leader I became a deputy manger of trading control. This job encompasses all sports and involves the general management of the department on a day to day basis. The job is high pressure and requires fast decisions under high pressure.

Sent over to Sydney to develop and improve operations of bet365 Australian product. Worked for 3 months working closely with the trading department identifying areas to make the Sydney office more efficient
