Mr. Straw has 40 years of experience in systems design/analysis and advanced space projects. Was the Principal Investigator/Chief Architect/Chief Engineer on the DARPA/Airborne Launch Assist Space Access (ALASA) program. He has exceptional technical knowledge in both the engineering technologies and the information systems aspect of this problem. Mr. Straw has performed preliminary missile and spacecraft sizing and structural design/analysis, developed computer models of advanced missiles and other aerospace systems, provided assessments of their performance effectiveness in various mission scenarios, performed vehicle syntheses/sizing, automation of the design processes, integrated various design tools and interfaces in the support of these programs, and vulnerability assessment. His prior work involved planning and scheduling, conducting analysis, and developing analytical techniques, code development, preparing technical reports, and briefing customers. He has demonstrated skills in the design process, knowledge of individual technology codes, modern computer and communication techniques, database, and software design architectural issues.
