As a Project team Specialist my my primary responsibility was to set up, maintain and merchandise all the displays in a large format store and as a secondary duty I would often be asked by my boss to travel to other stores in the tri-state area to assist other members of project team. I started first at the Crestwood, MO location but later moved up to the higher revenue and more demanding location in Manchester, MO as I under went this transition I also trained the Project Team Specialist who would take over Crestwood after my exit. In this position I was often forced to come up with creative solutions to problems when displays could not be properly set I would need to properly document what deviation I had made to set it. Other times displays could require troubleshooting of the electronics to fix issues which i would be responsible to carry out.

In the Computers Department at Best Buy I was expected push total solution based sales in a timely manner. I also had the special extra duty of being part of our Sunday ad set team, were i was responsible to execute this without error and set the new value priced laptops . As I transitioned on to project team I also took on the task of training my replacement in this ad set duty.

As a second shiftier at Mobile on the Run the entire operation of the gas station would be placed in mine and my coworker. We would need to continue to maintain the store after the morning shift left, as well as recover the store from the rush of the day so that the solo 3rd shift would not have to deal with thing like stocking the cooler.

On production staff at Stake n' Shake I was required to work at a fast paced in a variety of roles for drive through to grill. I was also part of there truck team and when I started at Mobil on the Run the General Manager of Stake N' Shake asked if I could stay on staff just to do truck as i was but fast and reliable, and I did this until it interfered with my schooling.
