This could be anything from a generic couriers, such as DHL, TNT, UPS etc, for small parcel orders to large palletised orders that require either curtained/ hard sided vehicles to refridgerated vehicles and containers. I would also have to prepare the shipping documents, these would include shipping invoices and packing lists, Certificates of Origin, EUR1’s, RPA certificates ranging from Free Sales Certificates, Health Certificates and Non Mammalian Certificates, Certificates of Conformance (produced by the in house Quality Department). As I would be shipping Veterinary, Agricultural and Equine branded products, I would also need to arrange Vet inspections of specific products so that I could obtain FDA approval for USA export / imports due to the products being listed as pharmaceutical. Finally my role included liaising with customers who would be on EX Works terms for the collection of their goods, again including specific paperwork as requested by the customer. Show less

I place orders, using the company computer systems, for our customers and help solve any queries that may arise. I liaise with other departments to help rectify issues or general day to day enquires.
