My 30 years in business has seen the establishment and acquisition of multiple business’s which now form part of the Quantaco Group employing over 370 people, servicing customers across the globe.My career started as a chartered accountant. I was a Partner at PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors for 18 years. During this time I focused on providing my advice, products and services to the hospitality sector. Whilst a Partner at PKF I established PKF Hospitality, a company within PKF that developed software used to provide service with deeper data driven insights to hospitality stakeholders. To support PKF Hospitality I set up another company in India called Talent Formula. Talent Formula provided the staff to PKF Hospitality that assisted with software development and service delivery. In July 2019 I acquired both PKF Hospitality and Talent Formula from PKF and rebranded PKF Hospitality to Quantaco to better identified as a technology enabled company.Since the PKF acquisition, both Quantaco and Talent Formula have expanded rapidly. The expansion of our customer base and the appetite for their own growth resulted in the need for deeper resources in debt advisory services. In July 2021 we established Quantaco Capital. Today Quantaco Capital is a market leader in helping the industry participants access the capital they need to grow.Our data analysis identified an opportunity to better manage insurance risk for our clients. We established Xenia Mutual in the July 2022. Xenia Mutual provides asset protection coverage to risk mature hospitality entities. Through Xenia the industry now has a valuable alternative to risk management.To broaden our data set and service offering we acquired a significant stake in valuation firm Robertson and Robertson in September 2022. In April 2024 Robertson & Robertson launched Ivaluate property, a technology platform that delivers strata valuations. In September 2024 we acquired CTB AND CO. a cloud-based kitchen management software solution that simplifies processes, lowers costs, and improves financial transparency of food and beverage operations. The acquisition has enabled us to form one of Australia’s largest technology providers dedicated to empowering the potential of hospitality businesses.I hold a bachelor of commerce from Sydney University, I am a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants, Chairman of Feros Hotel Group Advisory Board, Non Executive Director of Xenia Mutual, Director of MCO Beauty Pty Limited and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
