I provide telephone customer service to account holders in a 5-state area in English and Spanish.

I tutor four employees of Plastocon who are from Mexico and Puerto Rico. We meet once a week and work together to improve their English skills so that they can communicate effectively with English-speaking employees and qualify for advancement within the company.

Customer Service Representative servicing prepaid debit cards in the PPD Sunrise Department. I responded to calls in English, Spanish and French that originated from the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe. I advised other agents with their calls through the Agent Assistance Line and called back cardholders interested in talking with a supervisor. I worked at the call center until it closed on 11/01/13.

I tutored a couple from Mexico in English that had just relocated to the Milwaukee area after having lived for five years in Switzerland.
