Responsibilities included the support in directing 15 plus warehousemen and truck drivers for the receiving and shipping of both supplies and product to both our distributors and contractors. Similarly, responsibilities also included coordinating the day to ensure that orders were processed and prepared for delivery while also ensuring that the facility was properly staged and organized to utilize the most of the facility and production on a daily basis.In addition, maintained records and dates for the facility in order to keep in-compliance with the city, DOT, and HAZMAT regulations/requirements; as well as, train each certified operator on forklift safety and operation. Along with directed the introduction and training of each new hire and current employee... ensuring that each were knowledgeable and up to date on the company safety policies and rules; along, with certifications where applicable.Ensured that the facility remained in compliance with permits with the City of Dallas, Dallas Fire Department, and Railroad commission.
