Tony Taibi is the Managing Partner of the Taibi Law Group, PLLC. After graduating with Highest Honors and first in his class from Duke Law, clerking for the late Judge Francis D. Murnaghan, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, teaching and writing as Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, and a stint as a transactional securities and finance lawyer, Tony decided to return to North Carolina and focus his career on fighting for the rights of individuals through civil litigation. For more than twenty years, Tony Taibi has been a North Carolina litigation attorney; his firm concentrates in the areas of personal injury, business and commercial litigation, Workers’ Compensation, Unfair Trade Practice, predatory lending, and real estate and investment fraud. Mr. Taibi has personally litigated in consumer class action and complex multi-district litigation. He also represents clients with appellate matters, and has successfully argued cases in the North Carolina Business Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
