I am leading the development and implementation of the operational business processes required to support Senoko’s entry into the retail Electricity Market in Singapore, across I.T, Sales and Customer Service channels. Two objectives are ; 1. to lead Senoko’s entry into the retail electricity market, ensuring all internal stakeholders across SME and Consumer Sales are appropriately guided and informed during Senoko’s entry into market, and 2. Collaborate with relevant vendors to ensure Senoko’s retail contestability requirements are delivered on time, within budget and as per the required scope.

- Facilitation and development of the company's annual Strategic Business Plans.- Management of all Operations' outsourced contracts, including going to market for new services.- Development of the annual budget for Operations.- Manage a team of Change and Project specialists.- Drive continuous improvement and innovation and identify efficiency gain opportunities.

- Development of commercially focussed business plans that are measurable and aligned to business performance objectives- Facilitation and governance of overall Operations business plan and ensure timely delivery of agreed initiatives- Develop and manage supplier contracts for suppliers across Operations and I.T- Negotiate new contracts and ensuring new or changed practices are reflected in agreements- Align contract KPI’s to optimise business performance and budget achievement- Champion all continuous improvement initiatives, managing from concept development to implementation and optimisation

 To increase post paid mobile market share in Melbourne and Sydney through the development and implementation of local sales and marketing initiatives. Work closely with Telstra’s Local Area Marketing and Segment Sales to create marketing and sales strategies.  Monitor, analyse trends and implement strategies to successfully combat specific geographic threats from competitors Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all business units, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
