I typically direct and manage schedules, business operations, programs for our organization’s management information, according to established goals and objectives. Oversee the development of mission-critical applications and technology to support the company’s long-term goals and provide direction and leadership to our team.Business Growth and Team Management• Develops a strategic plan and annual operating plan in partnership with the CEO• Conduct business development activities through existing contacts and new opportunities• Suggests areas for improvement and possible solutions for internal processes• Lead the team, mentoring those with less experience through informal and formal channels and support the ongoing learning of staff with development plans• Will provide day-to-day delegation of tasks to staff, monitoring and tracking progress• Reports monthly to the CEO with a management report summarizing above plus overall progress and forecasts to plan, including any anticipated or known budget over runs orschedule variances that will impact project delivery.Project Management• Provide detailed project plans that ensures effective communications throughout the project development and delivery• Maintains an up to date documentation process to guide each project and/or update, and to minimize exposure to risk: • Manage weekly operational aspects of a project within scope.Client Relationship Management
