During my job i am responsible for planning and managing the supply of products our business uses. Along side that, and perhaps more importantly is managing the relationships of people who are key part of suppliers business or are key parts of the supply chain. I am also responsible for planning and managing the resources needed for all of our contracts and jobs we have a the various Hotels, Pubs, clubs or other licensed establishments.We are focused on quality of draught beer that is delivered to consumers. And the service we provide will ensure the beer lines that provide that product are clean and can provide a brewery expected quality beer and we will save a venue some cost in the process which will all go strait to the bottom line of a busines.

Appointed as the Head Coach for the Russian Women's Hockey team bought with it the challenges of selection and coaching in a language that i do not know. Several strategies I put in place to overcome these issue made a big difference to the group. A tournament in Sveti Ivan Zelini, Croatia that I took the team to where winning happened in a very positive way. 4 games 29 goals for and 2 against was a good result.

Head Coach ACT Academy of SportWomens Hockey program

As the CEO the role had many responsibilities. Acting as the operational voice and advocate for the Board of Ski Racing NZ meant strategy development, Operational planning and Finance/Budget management and control. Along with maintaining and enhancing key relationships which included the Board members, other office staff, Coaching Staff, Ski Field owners and operators, various Sponsors including private business and Spark. Perhaps the top priority was to set up a development program for young alpine ski racers in NZ. All of this was fun and was good to work on. Lots of achievements were ticked in the course of this role.

The Cornwall Cricket club had the largest numbers of players of any cricket club in Australia. The club was based and the iconic Auckland venue of One Tree Hill.Financial management was the initial task with the focus on an increase in funding to facilitate the appointment of a full time groundsman. The strategy behind this appointment was to take steps to being a First Class cricket facility,Funding was improved by 63% and this allowed for development work with the grounds and with young cricket players of our club, A development structure was put in place for coaching of coaches and coaching of players in a consistent structured way.An overall strategy for the club was reworked and this process was extensive in its development. All club members were given opportunity to be involved. This strategy was a key to the survival and growth of the club.
