WHO AM II have recently joined the Talent Acquisitions Team with AVIS Budget Group, as I continue my love and career for recruiting. I am continuing to use the tools/skills I have gained in my over 20 years in the customer service industry, to now be combined with the skills in hiring talent. I am enjoying this next journey!In April of 2021 I joined the Morley Talent Acquisitions Team, and absolutely fell in love with recruiting. I was a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist. My Team was filled with incredible people and I am thankful for the connections I made. Being part of the Morley Family impacted all aspects of my life positively. I am also an experienced Store Manager, formerly with GameStop and McDonald's. I am looking to leverage my business administration skills, unmatched people skills, and human resource expertise to grow my career going forward.MY STORYI have always believed in the power of learning hands on. I’m a quick learner and enjoy being challenged. I started my career in the service industry, overseeing a staff of 50 associates at one time. Providing superior customer service was always one of my biggest priorities. I have been fortunate to run successful businesses in my time within customer service. You have to be able to wear many hats and I was able to with ease. After the Covid Pandemic, I did some self reflection and decided to switch gears professionally. That was when I made the move into Talent Acquisitions.WHAT I DOI source, interview, and hire talented Automotive Technicians for AVIS Budget Groups rental car fleet. These are for locations all across the United States. I enjoy creating lasting connections with the candidates I connect with and take pride in the relationships I build with my Hiring Managers.
