As a County Supervisor, I focused on an agenda that actively promotes leadership, economic growth and service to all citizens; qualities that enabled Pinal County to accelerate into the next wave of growth. During my terms as County Supervisor, I served as a member of several boards and committees including:- President of the Arizona County Supervisors Association- Board-member for the Arizona Military Affairs Commission- Sun Corridor, Inc. - Member of Chairman's Circle- Chair for the Pinal County Interstate 11 CoalitionSpending much of my professional career in the project management profession, I obtained certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 1995. After a successful career as a professional project manager, I've become a respected leader in local government delivering a high level of constituent service to Pinal County and our communities.In addition, I have a deep appreciation for the value non-profits bring to a community and have been instrumental in helping to create or launch several non-profits.

As the City’s CEO, I was responsible for aligning the city with the strategic vision. The Mayor is one of the main driving forces for facilitating economic development. Primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and welfare of the community. I generate ideas to bring sustainable growth to the city.
