* Provide IT and microcomputer support for 300+ clients with as many as 5,000 end users each for hardware, software, peripheral equipment, e-mail accounts, web sites, web hosting, voice, vpn, and networking in a help-desk setting.* Provided remote support in use of several programs including VNC, Remote Desktop, Bomgar, TeamViewer and Citrix. Maintained Active Directory servers, database servers, Terminal Servers, Citrix servers and SQL servers.* Planned, setup, and deployed a 900MHz and 5.8GHz Wireless Metro ISP covering the City of Cookeville TN.* Hands on management of other employees including technical support team, server management team, and wiring and cabling installation group.* Managed special client projects to exact specifications such as installation of software and hardware upgrades; converted doctor’s offices to electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Provided medical software support for various EMR medical software programs such as Practice Partner, e-MDs and PDS Practice Management. * Deployed Nationwide Level 1 offsite backup system handling hundreds of clients of varies industries.* Planned, setup and implemented a fully redundant Network Operations Center for hosting internet servers, custom web based POS system, Health Care EMR ASP, and VoIP applications for various customers throughout the USA and overseas. Currently hosting over 90 physical servers, with Cisco Routers, ASA’s, and switches utilizing over 25MB/s of bandwidth.* Migrated our local Network Operations Center into Amazon Web Services, including setting up VPC, VPN’s, and redundant AB zones and regions. * Utilized flexible communication skills to assist customers at all levels of technological knowledge to troubleshoot and evaluate malfunctions or problems. Assisted customers to resolve their IT problems using patience and clear, understandable terminology.
