Project Manager
Current- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring safety standards are met and quality work is delivered.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including Procore and Bluebeam.
