As a Customer Service Advocate, my responsibility is working with members of both Nevada and Oregon Medicaid. My duties include confirming coverage status, updating a primary care doctor to their account and following up on bills they received from a provider. To fulfill these tasks, I use my skills with typing, multitasking on multiple screens and maintaining a clear and respectful communication with the member I am working with.

At CVS Specialty, I was responsible for scheduling medication with patients, helping to solve insurance issues, assisting doctor's offices and generally using every possible resource to provide to patients their needs.

At DHL I was tasked with separating and sorting mail, operating the mail machine, ensuring waste was properly disposed of and helping to transport the mail.
