I managed fifty tractor-trailer units throughout the Northeastern seaboard on a daily basis to deliver loads in a timely manner. In conjunction with scheduling, I was the designated Omnitracs SME providing support within the office and out in the field. Daily duties included contacting drivers and customers, running reports, and troubleshooting Omnitracs issues.

I worked with the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC department in fulfilling work orders in a timely manner, most often with no supervision. Tasks range from replacing ballasts to assisting with campus-wide projects.

Designated second shooter on the majority of on-campus events. Edits and exports photos and videos to be uploaded to the college's photo archival site. Trained in Canon and Nikon camera systems, PocketWizard wireless triggers, and Final Cut Pro X.

I coordinate with the director of Career Development to help delegate tasks to other student workers within the office. Besides general clerical work, I manage online content for the department's website as well as enter job/internship opportunities in our online database. I also reconcile the budget for the department.

During my internship I worked closely with the engineering department and a representative from REMIS America, LLC. My duties included using SolidWorks for drawing models and creating assemblies of REMIS products to be manufactured by Marco, acting as an English/Mandarin translator between the REMIS representative and the engineering department, assistance in creating standard operating procedures, and conducting quality control checks.
