As a Communication Student at Folsom Lake College, I am passionate about persuading audiences and managing projects, community outreach, and serving others.I currently work as a Sourcer at TEKsystems, where I support the recruiting team in finding and engaging qualified candidates for various Medical roles. I manage the delivery process of contract and permanent placements and coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. I have developed strong sourcing and recruiting skills, as well as communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. I enjoy working with diverse and talented people and am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
