With 14 years of experience in aviation security, I am currently the Assistant Director of Aviation Security Operations at Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), where I oversee aviation security at Logan Airport and other facilities under Massport's jurisdiction. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as developing and delivering training programs for security personnel and stakeholders. I have a strong background in communication and customer service, having worked as a Transportation Security Manager at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and a Manager of Compliance and Training at Massport. I have also acquired multiple skills in security management, risk assessment, emergency response, and incident investigation. My core competencies include leading and managing teams, collaborating and partnering with various agencies and organizations, and facilitating and empowering security operations. My mission is to protect and serve the public, the passengers, and the staff of Massport, and to contribute to the enhancement of the aviation security industry.
