Provide comprehensive guidance and training to 15 Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations. Facilitate leadership retreats and educational programs on risk management, hazing prevention, marketing, recruitment and university compliance.Orchestrate key FSL programs that drive inter-organizational connection, drive academic achievement, risk reduction, and campus engagement initiatives.Design and institute standards of excellence for student organizations driving academic achievement and campus involvement.Operate a $20,000 annual budget dedicated to programming initiatives, student leader development opportunities, and departmental operation expenses. Spearhead expansion and reactivation efforts in collaboration with organization headquarters staff, local advisors and students, onboarding 8 new organizations since Fall 2021.Partner with institutional committees on hazing prevention and alcohol awareness driving student safety, critical thinking and education.Serve as Master of Ceremonies for major university initiatives, fostering student belonging and campus connection. Offer strategic guidance and professional mentorship to a cohort of ambassadors, empowering them to spearhead initiatives in campus safety, hazing prevention, and marketing and brand development within the campus community. Collaborate with Student Affairs Impact Team to enhance data-driven decision making across the division, promoting and implementing assessment practices that align the university strategic plan and continuous programming improvement.
