Drive operational efficiency through configuration and maintenance of ERP System (Infor)Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, design and document operational processes and procedures.

Focus on Manhattan WMS implementation, assisting with system configuration, post go live optimization and reporting. In addition to the Manhattan WMS work, this position is responsible for participating in and assisting with the management of supply chain projects to support Inventory, Transportation and Distribution.

-Responsible for building inventory control processes for new facility-Manage inventory through WMS system (Manhattan) and Auto-Replenishment System (Dematic)-Oversee cycle count progam and inventory adjustments-Analyze inventory levels to validate appropriate levels to support the operation and minimize shrink-Inspect inventory for quality-Communicate with at all levels of the organization-Create ad hoc reporting

- Responsible for overall operation of a location based warehouse- Analyze inventory and sales to ensure accurate and appropriate stock levels, request and schedule production when needed, build purchase requests for materials, parts, and products accordingly- Manage all aspects of receiving to ensure accuracy and proper placement- Oversee Replenishment process- Product inspections and quality control- Pick and Pack customer orders

-Manages the shipping/receiving department to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment/transfer of product to and from store along with all aspects of building maintenance. Oversees home delivery shipping and receiving functions. Works to identify and resolve inventory-related issues. Monitors and reports on customer encountered ‘in-stock’ issues. Maintains accurate store inventory records and reconciles perpetual inventory records to physical inventory levels. Researches discrepancies and identifies missing product. Audits cycle counts and corrects perpetual inventory records when appropriate. Coordinate physical inventory.-Manages the merchandising and replenishment functions of the store to ensure company merchandising standards and plans are achieved. Works to ensure sales departments are well merchandised according to company standards. Audits market reaction and ad management programs to ensure each department is in compliance with company standards. -Manages the entire store operations while manager on duty and as part of the store leadership team. Monitors sales activity and employee productivity. Provides management authorization as needed. Resolves more difficult customer issues. Works with management staff to maintain consistent and clear communications to employees. Reviews/generates management reports as needed.-Provides direct supervision (i.e., assists with decisions regarding hiring/termination, provides orientation, training, work direction and discipline, conducts performance reviews and makes pay recommendations) for team employees. Conducts timely performance reviews for team employees. Cultivates team effort among employees.-Manage and direct overall organization, district and store loss prevention goals. Ensure store environment is safe and secure for employees and customers. Arrange and/or deliver departmental cross training experiences in order to support and maintain a team based cooperative work environment.

To manage a store within the standard operating platform to achieve maximum profitability, while maintaining a positive employee environment, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and demonstrate the company values and business image of the company. Provide leadership to the entire store staff.-Analyzes store’s performance indicators against goals and develops plans to improve underachieving areas. -Monitors at a high level several key components: Customer Service/Operations to ensure customer loyalty, Sales Departments to ensure Sales Proficiency, Staffing Levels, Shrink, Product flow/Replenishment, Merchandising and Pricing Accuracy. -Provides direction and development of management staff to ensure SOP execution and achievement of store financial and people goals. -Conducts regular store meetings and attends District/Regional meetings and participates in special projects/initiatives. -Works closely with District/Regional staff on implementing new programs and initiatives and ensuring SOP execution.
