In this role I oversee the activities of the Finance team within Fairfax County Public Schools’ Office of Design and Construction. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of project and operating budgets, capital cash flow, funding and revenue analysis, fiscal forecasting, overseeing departmental solicitations (IFBs, RFPs, RFQs), procurement compliance, and managing the activities of a staff of five direct reports.
