My responsibilities were to reset Student and Teachers Passwords, Modify, Rebuild and repair all computer in the building. Assist teachers and students with hardware and/or software issues.

The CHI responsibilities were to complete all tasks in queue using Remedy. Also to take incoming calls from Doctors, Nurses, And employees, and assist them in Resetting there passwords using Active Directory, PACs, Citrix, and Tumbleweed. Also other responsibilities Were to assist user by remoting into there system when possible and fix windows, and application errors (Adobe, MS Office, Etc..) using Bomgar, Daeware, and Remote Desktop.

The Schlumberger GTRI department responsibilities were to complete all assigned tickets concerning well migrations well adds, well removal, and well updates also, All incoming and outgoing phone calls for specific company's. Using proprietary software on Dell window's XP platforms, and web applications such as OPEN CMS. We also GTRI used Telnet and SSH software to create large accounts for all used web applications called PuTTY.

Sun Microsystems is implementing a new Customer and Contracts CRM System. Data and contracts for this system are being migrated over from a new ticketing system. This data conversion activity and cleanse is going to be a manual process. Along with data conversion, our client's customers will be calling with issues. A service desk will need to be built to support customer calls while the transition is made. Our client would like to build a dual-function 24X7 team that will gradually reduce over the course of 9 months as call volumes are expected to decrease. Support team to accomplish three main activities: 1) Accept inbound customer service calls, 2) Perform data analysis, record cleansing and ticket backlog closure, and 3) Perform data migration activities

Provided wireless networks for apartments using Linksys wireless N and G routers with Linksys wireless G network extenders using 24bit WPA encryption. Also provided basic to complex website design and programming.
