Channell has been the leader of thermoplastic outside plant enclosures in the Telecommunication and Broadband industries for over 90 years. Channell prides itself on design, innovation, and service; and is constantly evolving its products to better answer the changing needs of the industry. In the role of Chief Accounting Officer, Anthony is responsible for:• Manage accounting (including tax matters) and reporting function across the consolidated entity and foreign locations. Completion of both management and bank reporting packages including management of the external and bank audits.• Manage the annual budget process and establish cash flow/liquidity forecasting to determine future financing needs to accommodate growth plans.• Coordinate efforts with I.T. to upgrade systems and processes to provide automation (automated accounts payable workflow approvals, fixed asset approval process and cycle counts).• Re-instituting a cycle count program at each production location and began the re-education process with operations regarding transactions and movements of goods across the production locations.

Primexx is a Blackstone private equity portfolio company in the oil and gas exploration and production business operating in the Southern Delaware Basin of West Texas. In the role as Chief Accounting Officer, Anthony was responsible for the following areas:• Scaling the accounting department for growth including through hiring, upgrading accounting systems, and implementation of processes and controls.• Oversee all technical accounting, implementation of new accounting standards and financial reporting for all affiliated entities.• Manage bank compliance reporting for seven separate credit facilities across four entities.• Tax matters partner representative for all entities and affiliates. Directed a team of advisors on all tax compliance and planning strategies to minimize income, property, and sales and use tax.• Developed cash forecasting and cash management process for all portfolio entities. • Prepare and reviewed budget to actual.• Assisted in the review of due diligence material for acquisitions and the integration of those purchases. • Prepared accounting due diligence information for various asset sales. • Human resource responsibilities including on and off boarding of employees and payroll management.

Rock Ridge is a Blackstone private equity portfolio company and affiliate of Primexx Energy Partners that is actively acquiring minerals, royalties, and overriding royalty interest in the Permian Basin.

Anthony served in the audit practice of the Dallas office. In this role, he had the following roles and responsibilities:• Directed multiple teams across various entities including both large public and private equity backed entities.• Industries of expertise include Energy, Real Estate and Manufacturing. Key clients include: Commercial Metals Company, ClubCorp, Quicksilver Resources, various private equity portfolio companies controlled by The Blackstone Group, Kane Anderson Capital Advisors, and NGP Energy Capital.• Supervised and performed procedures with multiple types of offerings including all types of SEC filings. (Initial Public Offerings (“IPO”), Private Placements, Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings).• Obtained firm International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) certification and worked on international engagements using these standards.• Coordinated audits with foreign affiliates in multiple countries around the world. Partnered with foreign country teams to complete control and financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS.• Worked with bankruptcy emergence and “fresh start” accounting adoption.• Designed and delivered training on technical accounting and industry topics. Facilitated industry round table discussions with local industry leaders. Served as coach and mentor to staff and managers.• Participated in the firm’s recruiting efforts at Baylor University including serve as local coordinator for the Firm’s student case study competition to enhance the Deloitte brand and mentor student leaders.

Anthony served in the audit practice of the Dallas office performing the following duties:• Supervised and performed audits of financial statements for public and private client areas. • Other responsibilities included IFRS Champion, assisting the Energy Practice Leader to coordinate industry meetings, marketing efforts and other practice development activities, as well as recruiting. During 2008-2009, Anthony served as the US GAAP / GAAS expert for the French firm. In this role he:• Directed efforts on U.S. clients with subsidiaries in France and throughout Western Europe (including the United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and Luxemburg). • Assisted the teams with application of U.S. GAAP and PCAOB auditing standards as well as identifying differences between local GAAP, IFRS and U.S. GAAP.• Coordinated and prepared training material on the application of U.S. GAAP and PCAOB auditing standards for foreign affiliated firms.

Anthony served in the audit practice of Ernst & Young’s Dallas and Tulsa offices performing the following roles:• Tulsa Office – ConcoPhillips, Inc Engagement Team (2002-2004) - Gained experience in the initial audit of the newly formed ConocoPhillips following the merger of Conoco, Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Company. Worked with the company to implement Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) control testing. Worked with various international teams to complete the audit.• Dallas Office - Progressed through various levels within the Assurance and Business Advisory Service line culminating with promotion to Manager. • Other Activities - Certified through the “Learning Leader” program which allowed me the opportunity to lead and co-teach a variety of training classes and participated in recruiting activities.
