• Through a developmental program evaluation and collaboration with District leadership, five different staff unions and non-union groups (including the ATA), co-created the competency-based Leadership Development Framework (LDF) curriculum and assessment processes for Edmonton Public Schools with over 700 participants in the first spring session 2013. Using a combination of face-to-face, online and hybrid modules, the LDF is premised anytime-anywhere participant driven competency enhancement and learning. Organized internal instructors and hiring of external instructors and technology consultants. Communicated the LDF process using presentations, a web site, a Google Share site and District communication information tools. Choose Moodle as Learning Management System (LMS) through leading committee to research available LMS.• Created and executed a project retrospective, including quantitative and qualitative tools that resulted in the creation of a recommendation report for changes to the program process and department communication processes.• Designed and executed a measurement and evaluation process for the three-year implementation of the Recommendations of the Special Needs Task Force Report which has resulted in the project making data-driven decisions while staying on schedule and within budget for the first two years while changing the special needs teaching culture of some 4800 teachers.• Wrote recommendation, information and feedback reports as needed. • Tracked projects, human resources and other expenditures through Smartsheet resulting in an efficient use of time and other resources.
