As an account manager it is my responsibility to utilize consultative selling techniques to expand business with existing customers and grow the share of market with new customer additions by establishing new accounts. I excelled at growing existing customer base in the ENT community while developing relationships with potential customers via phone, fax and email.

As a Program Director, I built and managed a direct sales team that was responsible for doing client acquisition for our clients. I started out as an entry level salesman in the company representing green energy and smart home companies inside of retailers such as BJ Wholesale and Sam’s Club. I moved up into a management role which included training and developing 15 to 25 salesmen and women and making sure 11 locations were staffed and profitable. As program director I also managed payroll, day to day operations, and client relationships with both the companies we represented and the venues we would work in.

Working closely with large groups of kids ranging from ages 2 to 14. During this time I have fully run two travel teams with 20 players each. This includes scheduling and preparing for practice and games, managing groups of parents to run the team, and leading the team. Also an organizer of the Intramural program for the club which includes over 100 children.

During my time with Distribution One, I worked along side a highly seasoned sales team by providing them with qualified leads. I was responsible with processing new sales leads, managing correspondence between the sales team and their prospects, maintaining data and reports for the sales team, and fielding calls and set up demonstrations.

I had two major responsibilities within the warehouse. First was leading and motivating a group of eight employees to biweekly prepare, pack, and ship costume jewelry for Walmart. This included communicating and organizing with Walmart to make sure the process was run seamlessly. Also, I was responsible for approximately 20,000 products coming into the the warehouse per week. This included leading a group of 10 employees who did not speak English to unload, organize, and confirm all of the products on the containers under strict time constraints.
