In my role as Production Controller I am part of a management team responsible for achieving and maintaining the performance of the facility in-line with regulatory standards and company key performance indicators. Alongside this I also implement and review health and safety best practices to achieve minimum work related accidents.I have experience in all areas including stock control, budget control, root cause analysis, goods in, goods out, recruitment, training, disciplinary and staffing issues, and health and safety.Key Responsibilities:o Managed over 40 staff.o Adapt to ever changing legislation to ensure continued compliance.o Recruitment and motivation of site staff.o Excellent productivity and daily targets achieved.o Ongoing development and training of staff.o Continued safe and efficient operation.o Quality analysis of input and output material to comply with customer requirements.o Liaise with external contracts and local authorities.o Provide feedback and communicate problems or findings that could impact on my team or company.o First line maintenance diagnosis and planning of rectification activities.o Compliance with regulatory requirements and Environmental Permit conditions.
