- Coordinate all shipment of cargo for Halliburton Completion Tools, Tools and Testing and Testing Sub Sea.- Liaise with customer’s service personnel’s in Duncan, Abroath, Houston, Canada, Singapore, Aberdeen, Egypt, Mexico, South Africa for Shipping Status and updates.- Ensures that best Mode of Transport (Sea, Airfreight and Courier) is used.- Ensures that best freight cost is charged for movement of goods and services.- Reviewing all shipping documents to ensure that they comply with Nigeria import requirements before providing green light to ship.- Educating other Halliburton Locations on Nigeria import/export requirements.- Coordinate our customs broker to ensure that duties are paid on timely basis- Coordinate our customs brokers to ensure that shipments are cleared in a timely manner working within specified lead time.- Develop KPI to ensure that ETD and ETA’s are strictly followed- Create proforma invoices for issuance of Nigeria Form M- Review shipping documents to ensure that the Right HS Code is used to avoid additional duty under Payments (Demand Notice) in future.- Liaise with Citibank and SGS to ensure that RAR (Risk Assessment Report) is issued in a timely basis.- Ensure that no shipment enters overtime before clearance - Obtain all necessary export formalities documents for exporting of shipment.- Adhering strictly to other Halliburton Locations Country Profile before exporting materials to such country.- Issuance of letter of Instruction (LOI) to our customs broker authorizing them to ship or clear shipment on our behalf.- Protesting all Duty under payment from customs that are not correct.- Ensuring that full duties are not paid for repair and return or Job Order and Return shipments.

- Perform Cycle count on inventory stock- Ensure the warehouse is clean and materials arranged and properly tagged- Issue out materials to the Product Service Lines (PSL)- Reconcile inventory at the end of each month- Open up wooden crates and un-stuff materials just received from the airport/sea dock and stack them on the shelf- Update materials using PC cadex
