The training also included the delivery of a number of newly created business processes within the Fosters group. All employees were sufficiently equipped to competently perform their required duties using CUBe the next working day.

The project involved the successful development of six e-Learning modules, the development and delivery of a one-day class room based training program which also included supporting trainer’s guides, participant workbooks, quick reference guides and assessments. The class room delivery also incorporated a train the trainer session designed to empower insurance experts to effectively deliver professional adult training. Challenges included a short development timeframe with a fixed deadline, a continuously evolving source system and multiple stakeholder signoffs. All challenges were overcome using effective consulting and project management principals.

Challenges included varying levels of end user computing skills, frequent changes to the newly implemented CRM system and varying opinions on best practises around ERP training. Most challenges were overcome using best practise consulting approaches, relationship management and strong delivery methodologies that exceeded expectations.
