Main operational point of contact between the Client Manager and the consulting team. Responsibilities include:-working with the client to select and on-board the contractor team-provide oversight to the contract team insuring they have what they need to conduct their work-assess their progress and identify any potential areas of concern or risk to the project and attempt to resolve them.-Lead communication with contractor team and client to ensure all team members are aware of responsibilities to ensure successful project completion at all times.-Responsible for overall resource management including resolving performance and contractor relations issues.-Ensure SOW risks are identified and proactively mitigate/retire risks with relevant contractor teams.-Provide weekly project metrics.-Building strong relationship with Client Manager(s) by acting as a trusted partner to them.-Work closely with branch recruiting teams to maintain a pipeline of viable candidates in case one of the project team members needs to be replaced-Identify potential work that is related to the existing projects to help Yoh penetrate other areas within the larger client organization.

Coordinating and supervising all aspects of instructional technology in the district, including instructional integration, infrastructure, technology standards, professional development, and curriculum development.-Coordinating the overall strategic technology infrastructure plan, including network, computing and communications architecture, and disaster recovery planning.-Maintaining and managing the State data reporting system, the District’s SIS (Student Information System), Google Workspace, and other technology implementations. -Providing oversight and support of tech help desk functionality and work ticket prioritization and technical support for District users of technology, and coordinating training for district technology applications. -Ensuring compliance with established laws, codes, policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.-Managing and supporting staff with use of the phone and emergency radio systems and the District security camera system – serving as the technical contact with vendor(s).-Maintaining district asset inventory processes and management system.-Attending all PVSD Governing Board meetings and coordinating meeting technology for in-person and virtual attendees.-Read, interpret and apply complex rules and regulations that pertain to federal and state programs, funding, and assessment information.-Communicate effectively with staff, parents, principals, school sites, community members, and government agencies in both oral and written form.-Plan and present professional development to a variety of stakeholders and district groups, and present technology related updates and plans at Board meetings

Manage highly-technical global training programs for Site Reliability Engineers and reliability focused employees.

Assess, design, develop and deliver a singular platform to capture and aggregate user feedback across multiple divisions. (20% project, 6 month limit)

Manage company-wide defensible privacy training programs in adherence with multiple global regulations.

Manage large-scale cross-functional programs to streamline training operations, including technology utilization and formal assessment strategies for core operational training programs, ensuring rigor and defensibility of certification programs.
