About Anthony Way
My experience with people is my biggest strength. I've worked in every corner of our country and have traveled the world, and that has made me a fantastic communicator. Most of my experience comes from the food service industry, 22 years of it, but I have noticed my ability to communicate with people reaches far beyond the restaurant. Since the pandemic, I've had to take an in-depth look at the industry I have made a career out of, in search of some raw abilities you develop that can be used outside the industry. Attention to detail, a "sense of urgency", deal with multiple tasks, problem solving, endurance, and an unbelievable ability to compartmentalize life drama. The more I think about it, the parallels are many. I'm considerate, and sensitive to the needs of others, and committed to making a career out of helping or serving people in some way. Eventually, I'd love to open my own European style café, a one stop shop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or perhaps a cocktail or a coffee. For now, I just want to find myself in a place where my skills with people can be utilized, nurtured, and improved.
