In January of 2023 I was seconded to Group Head of Complaints role. This is Material Risk Taker (MRT) role under the Senior Manager Regime (SMR) with significant regulatory exposure, reporting to Group COO. As part of that I also became a Director of Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS).

Promoted in June 2022 to become the Group Head of Operations. In this role I have responsibility for Mortgages, Current Account, Savings and Business Bank back office Operations, as well as Payments, ATMs, Cash and Operational Services. This role is a Martial Risk Taker (MRT) under Senior Manager Regime (SMR) and reports to the Group Chief Customer.

In addition to responsibilities in Mortgage Operations, I looked on the oversight of Current Account and Retial and Business Savings Operations. c900 FTE

In this role I look after all post acquisition Operations for all Virgin Money, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank mortgages. This includes processing, underwriting, telephony and servicing customer requests through all channels, both direct and broker. This is a Material Risk Taker (MRT) role under the Senior Manager Regime (SMR) and reports to the Group Head.

As the Global Head of Banking Operations, Consumer I have responsibility for over 3000 employees across 40 markets. Our teams focus on back office processing of HSBCs retail product account opening, servicing and closing journeys. I also have responsibility for the Operations elements of International customer onboarding and Tax processes
