Hours of on-site R&D and process adjustment has improved the success rate and vastly reduced damage to owner properties.As a small business operation that was essentially part of a pioneering process, it was incumbent on me to operate in all sectors and use cleaning the expertise gained over the years to do the cleaning anddecontamination with our staff to get an understanding of the efficacy of the operations and processes.
