• Responsible for demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for the service department.• 24 hour support with my experience/ expertise to solve problems to the service team.• Direct to ensure the effective and coordinated completion of all service activities pertaining to the installation and maintenance of the wellhead and completion equipment.• Perform functions to plan and direct the required interface between the customer, field service, and other departments along with providing appropriate technical assistance.• Liaison to the customer and coordinators to establish the schedule for the allocation of service personnel for the installation and maintenance activities.• Implement pre-job reports required to brief service personnel on scope of work prior to operations commencing and de-brief on completions of operations.• Focal point of contact on a daily basis for the customer and employer covering all aspects of onshore and offshore operational support.• Drive growth and productivity while always adhering to the highest compliance standards.• Responsible for all direct reports and assure that the personnel receive adequate review of their work progress, safety instructions, as well as technical training.• Administer staffing requirements, counseling and discipline actions when necessary.
