• Work with leaders across technology, entertainment, and content organizations to develop strong relationships and a keen understanding of business priorities, market landscape and impactful KPIs • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to build business-specific diversity recruiting strategies resulting in increased representation in candidate slates and hiring outcomes• Lead the first global, enterprise-wide talent acquisition DE&I initiative delivering enhanced best practices for recruitment, interviewing and selection of candidates• Lead a team of accessibility and inclusion experts to organize programmatic solutions to representation challenges in the addressable talent marketplace and leverage key learnings to improve internal processes• Build and facilitate inclusive hiring and leadership trainings across all segments increasing DEI acumen of over 800 talent acquisition professionals and hiring leaders• Secured funding and stakeholder support to launch Disney’s first Neurodivergent Hiring Program creating 5 fulltime opportunities for our initial cohort and charting a path toward strategic expansion of the initiative • Partner with global HR leaders to support localization efforts of DE&I trainings across 4 regions• Influence and advise executive leadership as a trusted subject matter expert on challenging matters of inclusion and employee experience • Partner with and coach Business Employee Resources Groups to build stronger relationships with talent acquisition that support recruitment efforts from their respective communities • Guide and support partnerships with non-profit organizations to expand talent pipelines and create on-ramps for those with less access• Host the Life at Disney podcast where I interview employees about their careers and work, reaching over 15,000 listeners across 134 countries in our first season
