- Engagement with community around all aspects of COVID-19 including cases, vaccinations, testing, government guidelines and restrictions.- Implementation of Community Vaccine Champions project to increase vaccination take up within Tower Hamlets specifically within vaccine hesitant community cohorts.- To implement Asset Based Community Development within the borough to understand and help address health inequalities in local communities.- To use quantitative data and qualitative ‘insights’ from local community engagement to plan and implement appropriate local community initiatives.- To assist in coordination of COVID-19 Ambassadors, vaccination sites, mobile testing units, to increase vaccination rates.- To develop and implement community development training to empower local residents around the social determinants of health, including the impact of deprivation, housing, employment, environment on health inequalities and health and wellbeing.- To facilitate webinars and build capacity for Community Champions at weekly sessions to update members on national COVID-19 policy changes and local data for cases, vaccinations at MSOA level.- To produce and submit funding applications to central government, local health bodies to implement COVID-19 interventions, for example Community Vaccine Champions (£485k) from DLUHC for Community Vaccine Champions, vaccination take up in pregnant women from North-East London Health & Care Partnership.- Data analysis of COVID-19 cases and vaccination rates at MSOA and LSOA level to help target resources effectively and help protect local communities.

Camden Town, London

- Strategically and operationally manage team of Street Based Wardens (c25) and support staff working within specific geographical locations within LB Camden (Camden Town, Kings Cross, Gospel Oak, Bloomsbury)- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic and operational plans to address Environmental and Public Health issues in these areas (Drug dealing, ASB, street drinking and begging, gang related issues, young people diversionary activities etc).- Address rough sleeping within Camden and work in partnership with local homelessness organisations.- Design and deliver community engagement and development initiatives that empower local residents and businesses to help improve local areas.- Work collaboratively with partners inc MPS, other departments in LB Camden, and external partners in the business and voluntary sector.- Produce performance output/update reports for senior management and partners.- Elected Chair of the Pan-London Warden Network (2006-2009)- National Street Warden team award winners 2006 (Eithad Stadium, Manchester)- Team influential in assisting in regeneration of Camden Town, Kings Cross areas 2004-2009- Development of numerous and successful sporting and social activities within deprived areas for local residents.- Providing intelligence to MPS to assist in addressing high level and organised drug crime in Camden Town.
