I have had the benefit of considerable experience in several diverse fields, including service in the Royal Navy, Home Office and within the National Health Service. Not only did I gain knowledge and experience, but I also acquired physical and what is perhaps even more germane vocational discipline. My legal experience has also been extensive in depth and breadth covering a wide range of disciplines and, since 2009, at directorial level encompassing senior management and compliance together with professional support. I am an experienced Director with a considerable skill-set in change management involving structures, systems and people. I am a strong resilient leader who resonates well with his team to drive performance, operational efficiency and profitability.I have successfully applied for a number of ABS Licences and Lexcel Accreditations as well as commissioned a number of case management systems. Concurrent with this I have also successfully developed outsourcing teams in South Africa. I also have a particular expertise in Compliance and Risk Management having held the roles of COLP and COFA since their introduction. I have been instrumental in developing and providing training in Data Protection, AML, Risk Plans, Professional Negligence together with creating and incepting Risk Registers, Breach Registers as well as liaising with the SRA.
