MStores is a fashion retail outlet with over 60 stores which are positioned almost exclusively on SA mines. They cater for a very specific market in the SA miner and are established in several areas around the country.• Project managing upgrades and re-branding of a chain of 55 fashion stores, from a needs analysis through design to ‘ribbon cutting’.• Designed new concept for the chain with appropriate retail and merchandising principles to increase sales, which have increase by an average of 45%.• Developed ‘generic’ WBS and activity sequencing that could be used across all stores.• Built up team and supply chain, including contractors and sub contractors relationships, to efficiently run the upgrades and minimize store down time.• Set, negotiate and manage budget.• Developed and manage all quality control standards for shop-fitting.• Manage all on site project monitoring and control, to create a seamless project minimising store down time and therefore losses.
