Overall Aim of the Job (Mission): • Adhere to Tenant Coordination process and procedures.• Provide support and reports to the Tenant Coordination Manager.• Manage a team of Tenant Coordinators, and facilitate design approval.• Manage the Tenants MEP design coordination with IICG Property Facilities Team.• Develop, train and mentor the project Tenant Coordination members.• Manage coordination between leasing, design, technical & construction departments in the Development, Leasing and Delivery phases.Specialist responsibilities:• Manage the Project Tenant Coordination Members • Ensure that Project processes and procedures are in place.• Manage the whole transition from design to fit-out, with attention to design detail & MEP design review by Property Facilities Team. • Ensure that Project processes and procedures are in place to manage all logistics including access routes, rubbish removal etc are planned, coordinated and communicated ahead of construction activity.• Ensure Project processes and procedures are in place to ensure that all aspects of the tenancy space have been closed out ahead of construction activity.• Ensure Project processes and procedures are in place to monitor, review and coordinate base building progress into the Tenancy Fit Out programme and communicate to Tenants.• Manage the Project teams to ensure the Tenants’ fit-out works are properly planned, including all offsite activities.• Manage standard process and procedures to monitor, review and report on Tenant fit-out progress.• Review Project progress and manage the initiation of corrective actions that ensure the Grand Opening date can be achieved.• Ensure Project processes and procedures are in place to manage and coordinate systematic removal of surface protection and final cleaning.• Develop procedures to ensure all relevant permissions are identified and obtained for all Tenant fit out works.• Manage the transition from project to Property Departments

Responsibilities &Role:1. In the course of preliminary prepare, following up design plan which from preliminary design discussed with owner to detailed drawing for approve by owner.2. In charge of tendering and purchase of the preliminary work which include estimate the ability of GC work sub-contractor, chose material vender & fixture supplier etc..3. In the construction during time, focus on Schedules of Work to be carried out, quality control which technology, materials etc., to confirm contracts and amend VO, control various order &reduce order, safety management on site, organize periodical meeting to solve the issue. Submit report regularly on site for owner.4. Organize subsection inspection to obtain acceptance by owner, government and relevant management department.5. In our project department, responsibility for recruitment, manpower plan and assignment, training schedule, and relevant procedure, project approval .6. for the completion of projects within negotiating of contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budgetary and scheduling, ensuring project deliverables7. generate any solution for project delay or quality defects, and other design & construction activities to be amended8. regularly observe team performance and provide right working guidance for everyone9. prepare technical document of proposal and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project

1.Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality and HSE compliance; 2.Carry out the small to medium size projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budget and schedule, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables; 3.Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues; 4.Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required; 5.Construction kickoff-arrange and monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, communication and road by contractor or employer; 6.Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation; 7.Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the key lessons and achievements, conduct the document filing; 8.Based on SIP’s project management process, coordinate and deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of SIP service and to get the employer satisfaction, 9.Draft all related project plan and project report, lead project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party; 10.Inform the financial department to release the payment advice based on the contract agreement, follow-up the real payment to company account.
