An official representative of the Company for Beijing’s residential project renovation works.Liaisons with all internal & external parties, shareholder, coordinate with local LDI & designers, consultant, interest parties and maintain a good networking.Liaisons with local government’s bureau for project submission, like FSB, 住建委Construction Committee, 规划局Planning Bureau, 发改委National Development & Reform Commission;

Responsible the daily operation of Maintenance, renovation, health & safety, Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping, Security, School bus & Nursing;Prepare the monthly, seasonally & yearly maintenance & renovation schedule; Budget and cost control Planning, prepare & control the annual, monthly budget & expenditure for the Operations and Facilities budgets;Manage, monitoring and review of third party logistics contracts and tendering management, ensuring required standard of service & are kept secure and that legal and operational requirements are met at all times.

Project development including quality, cost and time management from land bidding to handover to operator;
