At Pie Guys, I acted as general manager after a couple months of being employed there. This job required a variety of skills. On top of my duty as the main cook, I was also responsible for preparing the necessary food for the day, taking orders via in-person and by phone, helping customers with their needs and requests, and building relationships with our frequent customers, going on deliveries and preparing catering orders. I quickly began balancing numerous responsibilities within the first couple of months after learning quickly and being dedicated to provide a quality experience for our customers.
