About Anthony Zannini, Chief Operating Officer I Human Resources Officer

Across diverse and demanding industries and company sizes/growth cycles and finance arrangements, I have served as the strategic adviser to the C-suite and the Board of Directors while providing executive leadership all facets of Human Capital, Administration and Operations. In addition, as a result of my extensive experience in operations, I am able to contribute exceptional value to complex business decisions including growth, operational expansion (nationally and internationally), private equity/series funding, investor relations as well as extensive consultation on all matters of due diligence, mergers and acquisitions. Previously, I led a multi-disciplinary team as it executed a successful merger of two, $5 billion-dollar healthcare companies with nearly 8,000 employees. This included a complete rebranding of the newly created organization as well as the integration of people, processes & technologies. Most recently, I was instrumental in optimizing a multi million-dollar capital investment culminating in the successful sale to a publicly traded, international retail energy company. Over the last year, I led the strategic efforts to seamlessly integrate the organization. I have realized tens of millions of dollars in hard cost savings while improving employee engagement, technologies, optimizing operational processes and designing/executing talent management, succession planning and reward programs. I developed innovative service strategies, customer-centric training, recruiting and selection processes for customer satisfaction initiatives resulting in 7-time national recognition by JD Power. I also possess SPHR | Six-Sigma | LEAN | Kaizen certifications. I have also introduced/adopted Agile methodologies.I am open to new opportunities for executive leadership roles in either Human Resources | Operations | Administration.
