As the Operations Manager at Fresh Start Supply in Pottstown since November 2022, I have been responsible for overseeing comprehensive data management, including the creation and maintenance of databases and the implementation of BI reporting through Microsoft Access, Excel, Power BI, and R visualization. Additionally, I played a key role in optimizing the company's work efficiency and user adoption by setting up and managing Microsoft applications on both company and user scales. Financial responsibilities included managing the books in Business Central and Quickbooks, covering sales, purchases, and order management. Furthermore, I spearheaded the end-to-end order fulfillment process, overseeing purchasing, tax management, shipping, bookkeeping, and customer service. During the height of the pandemic I used industry databases to reach out to services like hospitals, nursing homes, and construction companies to provide them with PPE material that we had. I used cold calling to create my client database and maintained those relationships to obtain new clients and build repeat customers. Whatever subject or grade, I became an expert in that field to best serve my clients. I developed a client-base of over 30 students, many of which were long-term clients as a result of the relationship of trust and satisfaction that was built.
