Works in conjunction with FEMA and other entities of the Department of Homeland Security to respond to their needs through deployment of teams with specific skills. Currently has teams located in Seattle WA, Kansas City MO, Atlanta GA, Winchester MA and Washington DC. Ensures that the day-to-day operations of the teams are made possible by providing support from the centralized location in the Southern Region. Tasks vary from: handling team relocation due to newly declared disasters, sending necessary equipment, collecting and reviewing Weekly Progress Reports, managing and tracking Independent Service Projects, investigating code violations and conducting briefings and debriefings between the three month spike projects.Along with the primary responsibilities, the CRSTL is tasked with managing Community Relations objectives such as: approving photos and videos, approving national and hometown press releases, organizing and attending recruitment events in the Southern Region's 11 states,and supervising various avenues of social medias.

Build, maintain, and restore server systems and individual computers in the Ft.Lauderdale/Miami area.
