Anthony worked as Principal Consultant in Qubix UK and has been responsible for leading and delivering a series of successful implementations of ASO Essbase and Hyperion Planning into the various global divisions of a Film Production Company. Starting with the implementation of ASO Essbase into one of the International Divisions Planning team, this successful implementation led to Anthony being asked to lead a large Planning implementation that replaced a large complicated Microsoft Excel process. This project included the development of a complex driver based margin planning solution for their film distribution process. Anthony was responsible for leading the requirements, design, build, test and go live of the application and was also responsible for a team of consultants.Leading on from this successful implementation Anthony then managed and lead a new project located in LA California for the head office of the same Film Production company. This project was to replace an existing disjointed excel process using Hyperion Planning to deliver a driver based controlled SOX compliant process for calculating and reporting the corporate amortisation and performance of each of the thousands of products that they own and distributeAnthony has also led a number of other EPM engagements including application reviews, optimisation and improvement projects. Anthony has also mentored and provided project and technical advice and guidance to other Hyperion Planning consultants.

Whilst at Ernst & Young Anthony was a Senior Executive in the Business Performance Management team within the Transactions Advisory Service of Ernst & Young in the UK, specializing in Performance Management Software.His primary role within the team was to manage consulting engagements within the Business Performance Management areas. Within this, focusing on the Planning, Budgeting and Forecast processes and advising clients on the Planning, Budgeting and Forecast processes and how they can solve many of their problems with BPM software.

Whilst at Oracle, Anthony was responsible for delivering a number of implementations in the Oracle EPM space. These included leading a successful implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning to a 600 user base at a large global organization that was replacing Oracle Financial Analyzer. The full scope of the project involved re defining the future state of the planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process and implementing a full workflow budget authorization process for 600 users globally. Anthony was responsible for all phases of the project up to a successful Go-live. Also during his time within Oracle Anthony carried out requirements validation through to detailed design and build of a multiple database Oracle Hyperion Planning application for a large Silicon Chip global manufacturing organization that was in the process of renewing its existing technology, including the implementation of Oracle R12. The Hyperion Planning application involved Revenue Forecasting, Expense Forecasting, Workforce Planning/Forecasting and Balance Sheet Planning/Forecasting. The aim of the implementation was to replace the organizations existing Business Objects Planning and Forecasting application that was disjointed and cumbersome. The new Hyperion Planning allowed the organization to have full integration of its Planning and Forecasting process, which incorporated employee planning and forecasting.As Anthony was a key member of the Oracle Consulting team he regularly attended and led Product Update days with the consulting team, providing key input into best practice product implementation.

Anthony worked within the Tour Operations Division of a Global Travel company in the UK. Whilst working there Anthony was a Commercial Analyst leading onto Finance Manager in the Commercial Finance team of the Tour Operations Division. Responsible for areas in the weekly rolling forecast production and Monthly Management Accounts. Also responsible for MI support for the Commercial team in Tour Operations, producing reports on destination margin and profitability. Anthony was also lead Business Developer on the implementation of Hyperion Planning system 9 to cover the Planning and Forecasting requirements of the Tour Operations Division. Anthony also played a key role in the migration of MI between two leading Tour Operators. Realigning the Standard Costs of the two businesses. Also developing a new Budget pack for the combined company using Excel and played a key role in the Co-ordination & production of the Financial Plan 2008 for the combined business of two leading Tour Operators mainstream businesses after their merger.
