Meet annually with Lenovo representatives to assess school’s equipment needs.• Arranged phone and remote (ConnectWise/LabTech) support for 600+ staff and 6,000+ students for troubleshooting during school day using ZenDesk ticket system, including password resets and system glitches. Ticket system enables IT department to identify trending issues and audit troubleshooting results.• Implemented asset-tracking system (Snipe-It) for warranty repairs, Special Education/staff laptops, and all technology-related items to reduce loss or theft of school-owned equipment. • Ensure monthly School Board meetings also involving staff and parents can be conducted in virtual setting due to coronavirus pandemic by using Adobe Connect; each meeting involves 30 attendees.

Maintain ongoing security operations for 16-floor Philadelphia Municipal Services Building, including temperature-sensitive computer server room. During shift walked all 16 floors to ensure no leaks, damage or unauthorized individuals in building. Monitored multiple CCTV feeds and surveillance cameras covering sensitive areas of buildings and grounds. Followed established security and safety procedures and posted orders, enforced company policies and regulations. Supervised all security guards on duty, up to 7 per shift depending on business needs.
