Responsibilities Include:• Screening resumes based on the job description, shot-listing potential candidates, conducting interviews and follow ups with candidates post joining.• Recruited viable candidates for different type of technical requirements & non-technical requirements.• Experience in recruiting consultants on Full-time positions.• Finding out the availability of the consultant and then conducting the Screening & Pre-Interview for the consultant.• Helping Management in deciding action plan for improving team productivity.• Follow up the progress of submission and update it to the consultants.

Responsibilities Include:• End to End full life cycle – Requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, E-Mail / Confirmation, Negotiations and Submitting.• Handling multiple requirements at a time and fulfilling to clients.• Working on different technologies and domain as per the clients requirement• Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking.• Gathering the requirements from hiring manager / accounts manager, screening the requirements and fishing out promising profiles within time frame.• Quality check for resumes

Responsibilities:· Maintaining the candidates’ database of various levels· When found suitable candidate I contact them via Phone/email and explain them the about the job opening.· Timely communication with candidates regarding their availability for contract, rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.· Experience in entire recruiting life cycle.· Maintained positive working relationships with employees/consultants and all levels of management to successfully recruit through employee referrals.· Reporting to the Manager.
